Application Deadlines
Proposals are considered three times a year by the Foundation’s trustees. Deadlines for submitting proposals for consideration are as follows:
Winter Meeting
Proposal Deadline: November 15, 2025
Trustee Meeting: February 12, 2026
Summer Meeting
Proposal Deadline: March 15, 2026
Trustee Meeting: June 25, 2026
Fall Meeting
Proposal Deadline: July 15, 2026
Trustee Meeting: November 5, 2026
Please note that proposals submitted for a specific deadline date are not guaranteed consideration at the corresponding trustee meeting. On occasion, the Foundation is able to consider requests up to $100,000 between trustee meetings, so we welcome applications at any time. Please contact the relevant program director or grants administrator for more information.
